Stadium North::Another That Got Away

Here's another house I didn't buy. It was for sale a couple years ago for 177k, which I thought was too much. Silly, silly me. Knowing that the same house would now sell in the 250s, at least, I'm annoyed at myself. It's a tough prospect: how do you know exactly when to jump into the market?

In the meantime, I drive past this house, perched on the hill across from the stadium, and kick myself.

I like how the wood exterior of the house melds with the landscape. The blue trim accentuates the butterfly roof and ties in a feeling of sky.
